Arts Therapy

Dr. Ronen Berger is a leading international expert in arts therapy. He founded the MA program in Drama Therapy at Ono Academic College and developed practical models for therapy, assessment, and supervision. His books and conferences—including Art as Therapy—have shaped the field in Israel and abroad.

His recent book, Arts Therapy in a Changing World (2021), presents interdisciplinary tools for arts-based group therapy, integrating clinical, community, and nature-based approaches. Since the 2023 war, he authored books that provide structured models for implementing therapeutic programs, which are applied in school settings through the Ministry of Education and in group interventions under the Ministry of Defense.
